Today we’re celebrating the rebranding of Devil’s Deal and the rest of the series. You’ll have to wait a little longer to see the covers of the other two books but I’m so excited to share Devil’s Deal with you.
On the right, you can see the old cover which I made myself in Canva. I added the title later in GIMP, a free alternative to Photoshop. People liked (and some even loved) it, but I think many readers wouldn’t think to pick this up browsing on Amazon or Kobo. I needed a cover that fit the genre even though I like standing out more. One way you can stand out is by having an amazing cover designer.
Luckily I know Ravven. She’s amazing at what she does and she understands the genre well. We worked together throughout October to create all the covers for the Infernal Contracts series. I still wanted to stay close to my original idea and not have a model on the cover but after having seen the great work Ravven did with the character art I made through Artbreeder, we went with it. The results are amazing and the select group that has already seen the cover were blown away. One of the covers has been my phone wallpaper ever since I got it, and I hate that I can’t share it! Summary
